About the group

Building a responsible pipeline from pathogen data to testable vaccine hypotheses

The group will train and engage young researchers in genome-informed vaccine discovery, antigen prioritization, epitope prediction, structural analysis, evidence synthesis and scientific communication. Computational candidates are research hypotheses and must undergo appropriate laboratory, preclinical and clinical validation before any vaccine-related claim can be made.
